Over the years, we have made many visits to America to meet with our suppliers and see the manufacturing process.  We have built up great relationships with them and learnt all about their products.

Factories we have visited include the impressive Lokar Facility in Knoxville TN where they manufacture everything in house.  The Holley Factory in Bowling Green Kentucky, Ididit Steering Column factory and Motorstate, both in Michigan.  

We also make sure to enjoy some of the Great Car Shows that America does so well!!  

We’ve been to shows all over America including SEMA Las Vegas, Good Guys shows in California, Texas, South Carolina, and our favourite Columbus Ohio.  These shows are held in either NASCAR venues or state fairgrounds and keep you busy for the three days of the events.

The NSRA Street Rod Nationals in Louisville Kentucky is a favourite and we have been there five times so far, including the 50th Anniversary.  With over 10,000 car entrants, and huge crowds these events should be on your bucketlist.   (images)

Another fabulous event was the Tri-Five Nationals held at Bowling Green Kentucky.

Other car enthusiast places we have been include The National Corvette Museum, Henry Ford Museum, The Rouge Ford Factory in Detroit, So-Cal Speedshop and NHRA Museum both in Pomona, Honest Charley’s Speedshop and Coker Museum in Chattanooga.
